This whitening toothpaste is very easy to use, just apply it daily with regular brushing/washing after according to the instructions in the supplied manual. With two up to 8 treatments can be performed with the future toothbrush (4 uses with each pen).

First you have to brushing and drying your teeth; after that, a thin layer is applied to the teeth gel and you have to smile for 60 s so that your lips don't touch your teeth with the gel sticking and drying. Let it work for 1 hour and finally the teeth brush/wash to remove remaining gel.
